Rooting Galaxy Mini/Pop s5570 gingerbread 2.3.3 easily.

As Samsung Galaxy mini is getting updated to gingerbread soon and many folks already upgraded their s5570 via odin but wanted to enable root access because all other previous method are not working. So here is a short tutorial for getting rooted in just 1 minute. But before moving to these steps please download this file and copy it to your sdcard. galaxymini_update_root.zip

• Once you have downloaded the file copy it to your phone SD card. 
• Switch off your handset and wait till the vibration is over.
• Now switch the phone in recovery mode. Press and hold Power button + Home Key together to start in recovery mode.
• Once you are in recovery mode you will get lot of options on screen. In recovery mode touchscreen does not work, so use the volume up/down buttons to toggle through options. To confirm options press the middle button.
• Choose the option  apply update from SD card.
• And now select the download file saved on you SD card via pressing Home Key. It will take 2-5 seconds to apply update.
• Reboot your Galaxy Mini / POP and your phone is rooted now.

So now enjoy your rooted Galaxy Mini / Pop.

Port Forwarding of Nokia Siemens Residential Router 1600 Bsnl

I have found many people searching around for a tutorial for Nokia Siemens Residential wlan router –1600 ( i. e. Sl2- 141 type B ) port forwarding. I also had some problem in past time that’s why i think to write down a tutorial. So here it is step by step tutorial for port forwarding.
What I am using:
Nokia Siemens Residential Wlan Router-1600 ( or SL2-141 Type -B)
OS => Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit
Browser => Firefox 3.5
Utorrent 1.8.5
Step 1:-
First of all Connect your modem to your lan card and open your browser. In address bar enter http://192.168.1.1/main.html like the picture below.

It is important to use exact url as in picture. It will ask you to enter your password and username like picture below

Default User Name and Password is ‘ admin ’ enter it and click on ok Button.
Step 2:-
After clicking on ok button you will be welcomed by your router configuration advanced menu like Below

Now click on Advance Setup and you will have screen something like below

Step 3:-
Now click on NAT and after that DMZ HOST now you have screen like below

Now enter Desired IP Address in DMZ Host IP Address ( Enter IP Address only of your computer on which you want port forwarding . You can check it in your tcp/IP Setting) and click on Save/Apply button. Wait for 1or 2 minute and Switch off and switch on your Router.
If every thing gone fine you will see a green light ( Please wait at least 2 min )of joy in your torrent client.

If you want to confirm in another way go to option menu and select speed guide or click on green light.

click on Test if port is forwarded properly you will get something like this in your browser window

Access your DSL Modem from anywhere in world by using Internet

Here is another tutorial for SL2-141 Type-B Owners, In this tutorial i will show u that how to 

access your modem control panel from anywhere in the world. 

Now what i m using,

Nokia Siemens Residential Wlan Router-1600 ( or SL2-141 Type -B)
OS => Apple Mac OS X (Snow Leopard) [ Any os is compatible so don't worry if you are using Windows or Linux]
Browser => Safari 4 (Like Os any browser is supported)
Step 1:-

First of all you have to create an account on dyndns.com and have to register a hostname by which you will call your DSL on the internet.

You can choose any Hostname like "example.dyndns.biz" Many types of host are available. choose whichever you like. Note down your registered hostname (example.dyndns.org) and Username and password we will use them in later step.

STEP 2 :-

 Now Connect your modem to your lan card and open your browser. In address bar enterhttp://192.168.1.1/main.html like the picture below.

It is important to use exact url as in picture. It will ask you to enter your password and username like picture below

Default User Name and Password is ‘ admin ’ enter it and click on ok Button. Please change your default username and password for security reasons because after this tutorial your modem is accessible through the internet.

Step 3:-
After clicking on ok button you will be welcomed by your router configuration advanced menu like Below

Now click on Advance Setup and you will have screen something like below

Now click on DNS => Dynamic DNS then click on Add Button

After clicking on Add button you will get window like below.

Now fill in all the details as shown in picture

Hostname, Username and Password are already have registered in first step

and click on save/Apply button.

So, everything is set now and you can access you modem configuration window by typing your registered hostname in your browser window.
